Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of MyAbhyas, a CBSE Class X practice-paper portal operated by TechMate Web Solutions, #102, Narjis Gulshan, Hari Bowli, Hyderabad – 500065, Telangana, India. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. Please read the section on who may open an account — it applies to almost everyone who uses this site.
1. Who may open an account
MyAbhyas is built for students in Class X, who are usually under 18 and therefore minors under Indian law. An account must therefore be opened by a parent or legal guardian, or by the student with their parent's or guardian's knowledge and consent.
Where the account is used by a minor, the parent or guardian accepts these terms on the student's behalf and is responsible for any payment made through the account. If you are a parent or guardian and you did not consent to an account being opened, write to us at support@myabhyas.in and we will close it.
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. One account is for one student; sharing a login so that several students use one subscription is not permitted.
2. What the service provides
MyAbhyas generates practice question papers built to the CBSE Class X blueprint, which you print and answer on paper. You then enter your answers on the site: objective answers are marked automatically, and written answers are marked by you against a step-by-step marking scheme, after which the full worked solution is shown.
The questions are our own, written and generated by us and patterned on the pattern of the board papers. They are practice material. We do not claim any association with, or endorsement by, the Central Board of Secondary Education, and nothing on this site is an actual board paper or a prediction of one.
3. Free use and the paid plan
A free account may generate 2 papers each month, with the full solutions included. Nothing about the free tier is a trial that expires.
The Topper Plan is a one-time purchase, currently ₹599 as an introductory price for the first 2,500 subscriptions, after which the standard price of ₹1,999 applies. We will publish the change on this page before it takes effect; whatever price you paid at the time of purchase is the price for your subscription, and a later change never applies backwards.
There is no auto-renewal and no recurring mandate. We do not store your card to charge it again, and nothing will ever be debited without you starting a new purchase yourself. A student sits Class X once, so a subscription is meant to be bought once.
4. How long a subscription lasts
A Topper Plan subscription runs until 31 August of the board year you selected when you signed up, and then lapses. Your account remains, and reverts to the free allowance.
We chose the end of August rather than the end of March deliberately. A student who does not clear the board examination in March sits the supplementary examination in June or July, and cutting access off in March would take the portal away from exactly the student who most needs it, in the month they find out they need it.
5. Payments
Payments are collected through Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details at any point; those go to the payment gateway directly. We record only that a payment succeeded, its amount, and the subscription it paid for.
If a payment is debited but your subscription does not activate, write to support@myabhyas.in with the payment reference and we will either activate it or return the money.

7. Referral rewards
You may invite friends using the referral link on your account. When a friend you referred buys a subscription, you earn ₹100.
An earning is held for 30 days before it becomes available for payout, and payouts are made once the available balance reaches ₹500. Payouts are made by UPI to the details you give us, by hand, on or around the 10th of the month.
We may cancel an earning where the referral was not genuine — for example where the same person opened both accounts, or where the referred subscription was itself refunded. Referral rewards are a thank-you, not a business opportunity, and we do not permit advertising, spam or paid promotion of your referral link.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- share your login, or use one subscription for more than one student;
- copy, resell, publish or redistribute the papers, solutions or marking schemes, whether free or paid;
- use automated means to download content in bulk, or attempt to reach parts of the site you are not signed in for;
- interfere with the service or with other users' accounts.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where a paid subscription is closed for a breach, we are not obliged to refund it.
9. What we do not promise
We work hard to make every question, answer and marking scheme correct, and every answer is checked against the NCERT textbook. We cannot promise the service will be free of errors or always available. We do not guarantee any examination result. Practice papers are practice; what you score in the board examination depends on you.
If you find a question or answer you believe is wrong, please report it from the Report an issue link inside your account. We would rather hear about it.
10. Your content
The answers you type, the marks you award yourself and any screenshot you attach to a support ticket remain yours. We use them to run the service and show you your own reports. We do not publish them and we do not sell them.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the foot of this page always shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects a subscription you have already paid for, we will tell you by email.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
